    Please fill the form using Latin characters only. We don't accept other characters.

    Note: Do not include special symbols like [email protected]#№$%^&?*().,_-+\/.

    A trader can register only one eWallet with xBTCe but can add any number of trading accounts to it by clicking Add Account in My xBTCe personal area.

  4. How do I change my account registration information (e-mail address, name, phone number, address, etc.)?

    Please send a request to with a detailed explanation of what needs to be changed. Put down your xBTCe eWallet number and attach the new scans of the same or another ID document. The information will be changed within 24 hours.
