    All available payment methods are listed in the Add Funds section of your My xBTCe personal area.

  2. What is the fastest deposit option?

    E-currency deposits (Bitcoin, Litecoin, Namecoin, FasaPay, Perfect Money, etc.), payments via redeemable codes and instant banking services are processed instantly within 1 or 2 minutes. Wire transfer deposits can take 3-5 working days. If you made your deposit and the money has not been added, please fill in the Notice About Payment form in My xBTCe personal area (see the question 5).

  3. Can I fund my xBTCe account using different payment systems?

    We don't set any restrictions on using multiple payment options.

  4. I type the deposit amount in my xBTCe but it gives me the «Amount should be more than zero» error message.

    Please type only the value of your deposit. Do not use the «$» symbol or any other: 40 (40.00) – right, $40 or 40$ – wrong.

    Remember that minimum deposit is USD 1.00 (EUR 1.00, RUB 1.00) unless otherwise required.

  5. I made a deposit and it was not added to my account.

    Please log in to My xBTCe, select Add Funds, choose the payment method used for deposit and click the notification form link. Fill in the Notice about adding funds form. After your request is processed successfully, the funds will be transferred to your xBTCe account.

  6. How can I transfer money to my trading accounts?

    You can transfer funds from your eWallet to one of your trading accounts. Use Transfer → Internal Transfer form in My xBTCe personal area.

    The operation will only take a few minutes. There is no need for transaction approval from financial department of the company.

  7. Can I transfer money between my trading accounts?

    Yes, you can. The money will be transferred within 24 hours. No fee for Internal transfers.

  8. Can I transfer funds to another Trader’s eWallet?

    Yes, you can transfer funds from your xBTCe eWallet to another Trader’s eWallet using External transfer.

    1. Log in to your My xBTCe.

    2. Choose Transfer → External Transfer in the main menu of My xBTCe.

    1. Indicate the eWallet of the xBTCe account you want to transfer funds to and click Next.
    Note: If you do not know the eWallet number you want to transfer funds to you may indicate registration number of any trading account attached to this eWallet or email. The system will identify the eWallet number automatically and the funds will be transferred to this eWallet.
    1. Fill in the form:

      • Choose your xBTCe eWallet and the currency.
      • Indicate the amount you want to transfer.
      • Enter your eWallet PIN code.
      • Click Confirm to process the transaction or Cancel to cancel it.

    After you click Confirm your transfer request will be put into queue and processed by the financial department within 24 hours. If no problems found the amount will be sent to the account you indicated.

    The current status of your payment request can be easily checked. Click xBTCe eWallet on the left of My xBTCe area. You will see all the transactions (credit/ debit) you've made on this account. The payment may have one of the following statuses:

    • Pending - your request is in progress;
    • Succeed - your request is successfully completed;
    • Rejected - your request was rejected by the operator. Click Details to find out the reason for the rejection of the request.

  9. How to transfer funds between your eWallet currency pockets?

    If you need to transfer funds from one currency pocket into another one, please use the Transfer → Currency Exchange.

    Such currency exchange operations between your eWallet currency pockets usually take a few seconds.

  10. Where can I find xBTCe details for a bank wire transfer?

    Please log in to My xBTCe personal area, select menu Add Funds → Wire transfer, you will see our bank details there. The invoice is valid for 3 business days. Wire transfer deposits usually take up to 3-5 working days before the money is added to your xBTCe account.

  11. I made a Wire Transfer deposit (more than 5 days ago) and the money is not in my xBTCe account. What has happened?

    Please, log in to My xBTCe personal area, select Add Funds → Wire transfer and click on the notification form link, then fill in the notice form. Ask your bank to provide a SWIFT(telex) copy of the transaction and send it to . This document can help us to find your payment and add it to your account.

  12. What is a Batch code? (for Notices About Payments).

    Batch code (in the Notice about Payment through FasaPay, etc.) is the identification code of the transaction. As a rule you can look up this code in Payment History in your account opened with one of these systems.

  13. What is a mass external payment?

    Mass transfer allows to make multiple payments to other traders' accounts using just one transferring form. Click Transfer → Mass Payment.

    • Fill in the form or upload a CSV file. Click Download template if you have chosen the Upload CSV File option.
    • Confirm the action with your PIN code and click Submit.
    • A confirmation link will be sent to your email. Please, click the link to confirm the mass payment.

    Your mass payment will be processed within 24 hours. The funds will be transferred to the indicated traders' accounts.
